Partial Staging is for occupied homes, and is especially helpful when it comes to showcasing your home. We want your home to photograph well and be appealing to a broad range of buyers!

INITIAL CONSULTATION:

What It Includes:

• A telephone interview with seller to determine best course of action for your home.

• On-site visit to view the property, walk with the homeowner(s) or realtor and make verbal recommendations including curb appeal, furniture arrangement and color recommendations. We may also suggest light trade work such as deep cleaning, painting, and new flooring or tiling if budget allows.

• Consultation typically takes around 1 hour

STAGING:

What it includes:

• Our team will meet at your property to rearrange or remove furniture and declutter in order to improve flow and highlight the strongest selling points of your space. We may also provide additional design elements including window coverings and decorative accessories if needed to help tie together and update each room.

• 1-2 day turnaround time
